The MobiSpaces End-User workshop takes place on 29 February 2024 from 10:00 to 12:00 (CET), to clarify the work and outcomes achieved within each distinct project use case. This event acts as a means for practical demonstrations, showcasing crafted components and elucidating their societal implications. Each use case gives a real-time demo of the components achieved. The main objective is to familiarise MobiSpaces stakeholders with the practicality and extensive impact of the project’s developed components in everyday life.

In addition, at the end of the workshop, participants will engage in a structured and open discussion with representatives from each use case. This deliberate interaction aims to explain the technical expertise behind the innovations and emphasise their direct applicability and potential for transformation. It serves as a forum where theoretical concepts materialise into tangible solutions, highlighting the imminent societal changes brought about by these advancements. The dialogue cultivated in this session provides a platform for feedback and insight, enriching collaborative efforts and guiding the trajectory of these innovations towards greater relevance and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

The main takeaways from the workshop will be used as a starting point for the organisation of co-creation workshops for each use case in the next months.
