🚀 1st Co-Creation Workshop: Defining the Value Proposition
A clear value proposition strengthens business models, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships, making adoption and investment more compelling. Ultimately, it bridges innovation and real-world application, ensuring MobiSpaces' solutions are scalable, impactful, and sustainable. That's why, during our 4th General Assembly in Cyprus, we kicked off our co-creation efforts with an engaging session where participants worked in teams to sharpen the value propositions of our five use cases. The result? Clearer definitions of how each solution creates impact and value in the mobility landscape.
📊 2nd Co-Creation Workshop: Business Plan Development
Building on the first session, our teams initially refined the value proposition of their solutions. Then, guided by exploitation and stakeholder engagement experts, they designed business plans using the Business Model Canvas framework. Thanks to this exercise, they identifying key revenue streams, cost structures, partners, and customer segments to ensure the sustainability of each use case.
🤝 3rd Co-Creation Workshop: Joint Exploitation Strategy
Bringing together the owners of each Key Exploitable Result and mobility experts from across the consortium, this session focused on identifying synergies between use cases and refining commercialization, patenting, and sustainability plans in light of an upcoming application to the Booster go-to-market service. Key discussions revolved around MobiSpaces’ cutting-edge mobility data solutions and their real-world adoption.
📈 4th Workshop: Exploitation with ESEB
A session with ESEB stakeholders to maximise impact and adoption. This workshop was held in the afternoon of the MobiSpaces impact event in Rome. In this occasion, the consortium had the chance to showcase MobiSpaces' key innovations to an audience of experts who could then provide strategic feedback to tweak and adjust the project's solutions with market readiness in mind.
📏 5th Workshop: Joint Standardisation
This event brought together representatives from EU initiatives and funded projects to explore how research outcomes can be effectively aligned with existing and emerging standards. Participants agreed that aligning project results with relevant standards is essential to ensure interoperability, scalability, and long-term impact. A key takeaway was that standardisation cannot be achieved in isolation—it requires sustained collaboration among projects, industry stakeholders, policymakers, and standardisation bodies.
