Olga Trofymova, PhD, CMC has been a Cluster Manager for Ukrainian Automotive and Mobility Cluster since 2020 and active member of EACN (European Automotive Cluster Network), ASA (Automotive Skills Alliance) and EIT Urban Mobility.
In March 2022 the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance was co-founded and became a networking partner of EIT Manufacturing. From 2023 she became a Manager Ukraine at EIT Manufacturing and was responsible for Manufacturing Day Ukraine and BoostUp! Ukraine.
She has 20 years experience as Director, Trainer and Lead Consultant at Quality Centre LLC, which were founded in1991. International experience in providing consulting services for 300 SMEs in 11 countries. More than 1000 hours as a trainer for more than 5000 organisation/ participants. Quality Management trainer, consultant and Auditor for automotive industry for 15 years.
Being a President of Association of management-consultants CMC-Ukraine from 2020 she initiated and successfully leaded 5 Capacity Building projects. 60 consultants, 660 SMEs with 110 000 employees were supported in resilience.
She sees Ukraine as a good location for the automotive manufactures, a reliable partner, an attractive employer and a driver for innovation development.

2022 - Project Leader for the project “Business Development Services provided to Ukrainian MSME in crisis due to the ongoing war” (GIZ) - 500 applications, 440 beneficiaries with 100 000 employees, 60 consultants, 1500 working days.
2023 - Project Leader for the project “Access to finance and MSME resilience support in Ukraine. Capacity building component - Industry specific advisory services for MSME and provide services / deliverables” (DSIK,GIZ) - 145 applications, 86 beneficiaries with 3150 employees, 530 consulting days by 37 consultants.
2024 - Project Leader for the project “CMC4Ukraine. ReBuild and Development of Manufacturing SMEs” (USAID CEP) - 110 applications, 40 beneficiaries with 4800 employees, 220 consulting days by 27 consultants
2024 - Project Leader for the project “Access to finance and MSME resilience support in Ukraine. Capacity building component - Industry specific advisory services for MSME and provide services / deliverables” (DSIK,GIZ) - 150 applications, 100 beneficiaries with 5540 employees, 469 consulting days by 30 consultants.
