Madalina Tepelmann holds a degree in Computer Science from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and has a background as a software engineer. She is co-founder of Tupu.io, a non-profit initiative to offer free mentorship to women, PoC, and other underrepresented groups in tech.
At the time of writing, Madalina is a Senior R&D Engineer at IONOS, where she spearheads innovation-driven digital transformation, leading projects at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and quantum-safe computing.
